FABRIGG AUCTION

LOT 05 - Bespoke Artwork Commission by Kirsten Gillard

This is a rare opportunity to commission a one of a kind artwork from Kirsten Gillard, whose last donation was incredibly popular.

As a busy artist with numerous commissions, she is offering her time and talent once again, allowing you to own a completely unique and meaningful piece. Perfect for art lovers or anyone wanting to support this cause in a personal and creative way, this bespoke artwork is sure to make a lasting impression.

Commission Details: The winning bidder will receive a bespoke painting, created especially for them by Kirsten. Measuring up to 50cm squared, this piece will reflect Kirsten's signature style, inspired by vibrant colours, movement, and texture. However, due to her current commitments to other commissioned works, the painting can only be started from 2025 onwards.

Kirsten has a rich and varied career, spanning over 20 years within the UK's largest media corporations, including Channel 4, ITV, Capital Radio, and Clear Channel. Now a professionally accredited coach and Master Practitioner in emotional intelligence, Kirsten is also deeply passionate about personal development and creating positive environments.

Her love for art reignited during her time at ITV, where she helped establish a lunchtime art club, a space to explore creativity and expression. In her spare time, Kirsten creates art that blends bright, contemporary influences from artists such as Françoise Nielly and graffiti artist DAIN NYC. Her works are characterised by their bold use of colour and a keen sense of movement, offering a unique blend of modernity and emotion.

A message from Kirsten: While working at ITV, I began painting again after many years. We set up a lunchtime initiative called the Art Club, where I reconnected with my love of creating. For this auction, I'm offering to create a custom piece of art for the highest bidder in support of this important cause. The attached image shows some of my recent work, where I've explored recreating my favourite artists' styles and painting portraits of friends and family. I believe everyone has an artistic side, and I love the challenge of capturing colour, energy, and texture in my pieces.
